Cargo Inspection Felixstowe
Ruswal Global provides independent cargo inspection services at the Port of Felixstowe, covering quantity and quality verification for bulk, breakbulk and containerised cargo. As an independent cargo surveyor in Felixstowe, we offer unbiased reporting for traders, recyclers, shipping companies and industrial clients.
With local surveyors covering East Anglia and the UK's busiest container port, we deliver fast response and competitive rates. Whether you need loading supervision, a draft survey, or a bunker survey, we are ready to assist.
Why Felixstowe?
The Port of Felixstowe handles over 4 million TEUs annually and is the UK's largest and busiest container port. Current congestion and post‑Brexit documentation mean turnaround times can be unpredictable. Having a marine surveyor based locally saves time and travel costs, and allows you to react quickly to changes.
Our surveyors are familiar with the port's digital systems and terminal procedures. This ensures smooth coordination and fewer delays.

DGFT PSIC Inspections for Scrap Metal Exports to India
Ruswal Global is an accredited DGFT inspection agency. For scrap metal shipments leaving Felixstowe for Indian ports, we are authorised to carry out mandatory Pre‑Shipment Inspection Certificates (PSIC) where required.
Safe ports vs. unsafe ports: Indian ports with radiation monitoring are classified as "safe" – PSIC is not mandatory. For ports without radiation monitoring ("unsafe"), a PSIC is mandatory.
Even when shipping to a safe port, a PSIC can help your cargo clear customs faster, reduce the likelihood of a physical inspection, and provide independent evidence in case of a quality or quantity dispute.
Our DGFT inspection includes visual quality check, quantity verification, radiation monitoring, photographic evidence, and official PSIC issuance.
