DGFT PSIC Inspections for Scrap Metal Exports to India
Ruswal Global is an accredited DGFT inspection agency. For scrap metal shipments leaving UK ports for India, we are authorised to carry out Pre‑Shipment Inspection Certificates (PSIC) where required.
Indian ports with radiation monitoring are classified as safe. PSIC is not mandatory for these ports. For ports without radiation monitoring, PSIC is mandatory.
Even when shipping to a safe port, a PSIC can help your cargo clear customs faster, reduce the likelihood of a physical inspection, and provide independent evidence in case of a quality or quantity dispute.
Our DGFT inspection includes visual quality check, quantity verification, radiation monitoring, photographic evidence, and official PSIC issuance.
